WHAT I DO

Reaching your fitness goals is not just about getting a workout in. It is about having a well-structured exercise program that you can remain consistent with and progress through. It also means making sure you are feeding your body correctly, in order to produce and maximize your results.

I will create a fully customized and individualized exercise program based on your health, gym access, equipment, and preferences. We will work through remaining consistent with your training.

I will create a fully customized and individualized nutrition plan based on your fitness goals, body composition, likes, and dislikes. You will learn the very basics of nutrition and how to eat all the foods you love, with moderation. I do not believe in completely eliminating any macronutrient (fat, carbs, proteins) because our bodies need every ounce of nutrients it can get to be efficient and function properly.
